Refund policy

Welcome to Apple Professional. Customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for products purchased from Apple Professional.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair color and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Apple Professional.

5. Exchange Policy

We may offer product exchanges for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damaged items during shipping

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
